Issue tracking is not open during the pre-release alpha phase
We will be opening the issue tracker publicly when we move into the beta (0.5.0) release, to prevent having to handle issues being reported that are already in the process of being addressed, or incomplete features being interpreted as bugs.
In the interim, you may ask for help in oroboros-core if you get stuck.
